Gosh-Golly-Gee Pineapple & Carrot Smoothie Remix
A delicious smoothie with both fruit and vegetables? Gosh-golly-gee!
- 1 cup carrot, peeled, sliced, cooked and chilled
- 1 cup orange segments
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
- 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled, and grated
Prep Time: 20 minutes
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
- Cover, blend until smooth.
