Gosh-Golly-Gee Pineapple & Carrot Smoothie Remix

A delicious smoothie with both fruit and vegetables? Gosh-golly-gee!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup carrot, peeled, sliced, cooked and chilled
  • 1 cup orange segments
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled, and grated

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Directions: 

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
  2. Cover, blend until smooth.
