Tropical Superfruit Smoothie
Calling all supermoms and superdads: Save the day with this tropical superfruit smoothie!
- 1½ cups baby spinach
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk (choose unsweetened almond milk, other non-dairy or low-fat dairy milks)
- 1 cup blueberries
- ¼ avocado
- 1 banana
- ½ cup chopped pineapple
Prep time: 5 minutes
- In a blender, combine spinach and milk and blend on high until smooth.
- Add blueberries, avocado, banana and pineapple and blend on high until smooth.
- Serve in a chilled glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple.
