Tropical Superfruit Smoothie

Calling all supermoms and superdads: Save the day with this tropical superfruit smoothie!


  • 1½ cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk (choose unsweetened almond milk, other non-dairy or low-fat dairy milks)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup chopped pineapple

Prep time: 5 minutes


  1. In a blender, combine spinach and milk and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add blueberries, avocado, banana and pineapple and blend on high until smooth.
  3. Serve in a chilled glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple.
