Give Parents a (Summer) Break
After an overwhelming spring marked by home schooling and sheltering in place, parents deserve a summer break! We’ll send you a weekly list of activities starting July 6—some that take 15 minutes or less, some that take an hour or less, and some that take an afternoon—to help revitalize your physical and emotional health. After all, a healthy adult is a great role model for healthy kids. Register below to participate.
Sign up to receive four weekly emails (starting July 6) with suggestions for activities to rest, rejuvenate, and dedicate some time to care for your physical and emotional well-being. The kids can even participate, too, if you’d like! The first message will include a handy calendar to track your activities. (Did you miss Week 1? Here’s the list of activities.)
