Thanks for taking the first step to school wellness and to participating in the Action for Healthy Kids-Kellogg’s School Breakfast to School Wellness Partnership! We’re pleased that you intend to join Action for Healthy Kids in this innovative national initiative.
By completing our First Steps to School Wellness survey, your district has provided Action for Healthy Kids with information we need to tailor our support and resources to meet the needs of your schools and community. You have also indicated your intent to apply for this opportunity for the 2011-2012 school year.
