School Breakfast to School Wellness Partnership

Thanks for taking the first step to school wellness and to participating in the Action for Healthy Kids-Kellogg’s School Breakfast to School Wellness Partnership!  We’re pleased that you intend to join Action for Healthy Kids in this innovative national initiative.

By completing our First Steps to School Wellness survey, your district has provided Action for Healthy Kids with information we need to tailor our support and resources to meet the needs of your schools and community.  You have also indicated your intent to apply for this opportunity for the 2011-2012 school year.

School districts and Action for Healthy Kids Teams are invited to attend a conference call to learn more about the 2011-2012 School Breakfast to School Wellness Partnership.  Register for the session that works best below. 

• Wednesday, 5/18 at 3:30pm ET / 12:30pm PT -  Register NOW
• Thursday, 5/19 at 1:00pm ET / 10:00am PT – Register NOW

As you review the application, pay close attention to the following deadlines:

• A completed application must be received by Action for Healthy Kids by 5 p.m. ET on Thursday, June 30, 2011.  Applications and letters of support from your Action for Healthy Kids Team or other Partners can be submitted by mail, fax, or e-mail:
