Kimberley Crews Goode is vice president of communications and corporate affairs for Northwestern Mutual where she is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s internal and external communications strategy. She joined Northwestern Mutual in 2008 with 20 years experience in corporate communications with several global companies in diverse industries. She has spent the majority of her career in the financial services industry, where she held various leadership positions at Prudential Financial, Inc., American Express and Allstate Insurance.

Most recently, Ms. Goode led communications in manufacturing companies, first at Kellogg Company and later as vice president of Corporate Communications for Visteon Corporation. She has earned numerous awards from industry organizations including the International Association of Business Communicators, whose New Jersey chapter in 2003 named her Communicator of the Year. She also earned an Outstanding Women in Marketing and Communications Award from Ebony magazine in 2002 and was selected one of America's Best and Brightest Business and Professional Women by National Publications and Dollars & Sense magazine.

Ms. Goode is a graduate of Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism and a member of the board of trustees for the Arthur W. Page Society.
