Jay McHale
President, Equity Services, Computershare

Jay McHale is President of Equity Services, the largest of Computershare’s businesses in the United States. As a member of the US leadership management team, he is charged with building upon Computershare’s excellence in the transfer agent industry. To date, he has introduced a number of innovative service offerings amid a challenging regulatory and financial environment and continues to position the business as the premier service provider in the marketplace.

Throughout his 29 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mr. McHale has presided over numerous complex business integration projects including significant acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations. Prior to joining Computershare in August 2007, he was the Chief Operations Officer for Harris Investment Management, a $17 billion multi-strategy investment management firm, where, in addition to ongoing operations, he was responsible for portfolio accounting, trade processing and systems.

Mr. McHale earned a BS in Finance from DePaul University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.
